Welcome! I’m Amy Jacques, an accredited professional coach with over 20 years of counseling experience. While coaching and counseling are distinct, both share foundational principles. It’s important to note that as a coach, I do not provide counseling, nor am I a licensed therapist. My focus is on facilitating your self-discovery through active listening and empowering “ah-ha” moments, guiding you toward your goals and aspirations.

I’m passionate about helping individuals find true happiness. I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, and adults throughout my career, and my coaching practice is dedicated to supporting adults in their pursuit of a fulfilling life. I believe that everyone deserves happiness, and I’m committed to guiding you toward your personal milestones.

Outside of my professional life, I’m a partner and a proud mother of two adult children who have enriched my journey. I enjoy activities like riding motorcycles, kayaking, and spending quality time with family. Travel is a significant passion of mine; I’ve explored 18 U.S. states and journeyed from Vancouver to Toronto on the Rocky Mountaineer. My adventures have taken me to Bermuda, Costa Rica, and Ireland, and I aspire to visit the Caribbean Islands in spring 2025. I also plan to cruise the Columbia and Snake Rivers and explore the Grand Canyon and Santorini Islands, dreaming of a cross-country van trip.

Additionally, I own Candlewood Tool & Machine Shop, Inc., a family business for over 50 years. I love dogs, currently sharing my life with Walt, a chihuahua terrier mix.
